As you can see from the battle screenshot why 2003 lost..........

2003 was using the plasma in an open area
2004 lagged in the new year with the Microwave and Cyclones

On a LAN 2004 Would have been Ã¾wÃ±Ã?Ã

btw, the lag shield for the BP only affects those that don't have Merc.

(atleast thats been my experience)
