How anyone could subject themselves to eating that much food from McDonalds for the 1 in a million shot of winning something substantial is beyond me.

It's pointless to play unless you live in the midwest, because that's where all the winning pieces go.

Anyone with a Boardwalk, I'd be willing to pay $500,000 cash upfront.

Wasn't there a story about someone anonymously mailing in the winning boardwalk piece (a few years ago) to a Children's Cancer Hospital?

Yeah right... I know you hit up that Roy's across from Sheetz in Frederick... it's not easy to hide that many combo meals.

Actually, DCrazy, all the stores in Frederick belong to a tech out of Hagerstown now. I don't go north of Brunswick!
(And I've only been to that Roy's once

Bah @ Hagerstown. Once around the mountain.
And I've only been to that Roy's once too. That's where I found out that Maryland state law does *not* require fast food employees to wear gloves. Call me a New Yorker but I get pissed off when someone makes me a bagel without gloves on.

The Monopoly contest isn't as fun as it used to be. When they started doing it, it seemed there was always a 1-in-3 chance of winning
something , even if it was a free ice cream cone. Now you just get lame little avenue pieces for prizes you can never win.
I guess there is a Best Buy tie-in where you get a $1 off for each avenue, but that's only after you sell your soul to the marketers.

I've got:
Pennsylvania Railroad
Marvin Gardens
St. James Place x2
Indiana Avenue
I'll trade any one of the above for Vermont Avenue.

St. Jude's hospital. It's hard to find a good link to it, though --
this and
this are the best I could come up with.

In defense of McDonalds ... I worked there for 2 years (as well as lots of other fast food restaraunts) and I can tell you that there is NO FAST FOOD CHAIN THAT PAYS ATTENTION TO SANITARY CONDITIONS MORE THAN MCD'S.
Now, that said ...
THEIR FOOD SUCKS!!
