McDonalds itself ain't going to kill you. Now, if you went there every day and ordered the most overloaded fattening thing on the menu, then yes, you have reason to be concerned. But it's not unlike a myriad of other prepared foods. If you ate potato chips or tacos or chocolate cake
every day for weeks, yeah, I'd say you'd probably have some health issues.
It's why that pseudo-documentary on the man who ate McDonalds for 28 days straight is meaningless. We all know it's bad for you. But so is virtually any prepared food if you eat it three times a day constantly for a month.
So go ahead, splurge on a burger. Have the large fry. Just don't have it three times a week.
