Who are we to say what myths are real or not. If Big foot can walk the Pacific Northwest with out being caught, perhaps diminutive little people also live amongst us:

Because the remains are relatively recent and not fossilised, scientists are even hopeful they might yield DNA, which could provide an entirely new perspective on the evolution of the human lineage.

What I want to know is how they figured out that the thing walked upright from a shard of straight bone. And how do they know that it didn't have an aging disease, or any of that tripe? Wierder things have happened than a primitive tribe abandoning one of its children because it looked weird, ya know.

Here's another interesting article I found... brings up some really good questions. Did they talk? But even then, what constitutes talking and what doesn't? You claim to not be able to understand your cat, but do they express their emotion to you? Can you tell when they're getting annoyed and when they want food? You can... do they speak? Who knows.
