Back in high school, some friends and I were cruising and Norm flipped off a young couple in the car behind us because he was in a mood. Turned out they were plainclothes cops. They pulled us over and we had a crappy night. No beatdown, though!

I'd cite them both.

Cops are trained to deal with that particular situation. The guy was born with no brains. Stupidity SHOULD hurt.

Now, if this was REAL, the above might be valid.
