LAN Play not working...

Post by Snyper578 »

Hey guys, I have 3 computers set up here in my room and unfortunately I cant get LAN games workin. I can create a server on one of my comps but It doesent show on the server browser for Direct TCP/IP games OR IPX games. I have IPX and TCP protocols installed, and all my other games work on my LAN connection. Is there some sort of trick that I dont know?

Got a firewall like zonealarm running? It'll shut down your lan quick.

If you also have a router, you have to forward the server ports to your server IP

He didnt.

Sorry to say this, but you did.

Look, everyone has some ignorance about something (Just look at most republicans...LOADED with ignorance), but whats important is that now your ignorance regarding your router has been washed away by knowlege. Right?
