Illuminated keyboards.

I was just wondering, does anyone here use an illuminated keyboard? What are they like and what would you guys recommend?

Here are the two I'm looking at:

My biggest question is: Why is one so much more expensive than the other one? Is it better quality or is the more expensive company just ripping people off?

stay away from the first one, they suck. I think Logisys just came out with a fullsize also, same layout as a normal keyboard, w/10-key and that section in the middle with the arrows.
