Lets eat more Dolphin

Post by woodchip »

Perhaps one day some fisherman will be knocked overboard after he has just netted up the dolphins in the area (you know...how the japanese do to "protect" their fishing interests) and the sharks will come looking for a meal:

"A pod of dolphins circled protectively round a group of New Zealand swimmers to fend off an attack by a great white shark, media reported on Tuesday."

Hmmm...I wonder if this should be a E&C topic?

They really are amazing creatures. It makes you wonder...are they sentient?

What is amazing is how Dolphins don't seem to have a racial memory about whose nets kill thousands of them every year.

It all depends on how you define sentient.

neat. it's kinda like those huge whales that carefullly lift their tail over swimmers, seemingly careful not to harm the humans.
"so long and thanks for all the fish"
huh?
