Finally got my new car
finally got my new car
G35 Coupe, with everything... DVD nav/tech package, perfomance suspension/tire and wheel package, premium package (Bose/Sunroof/a bunch of goodies)
Very sweet, the new 19" wheels with the 40 series tires look sweet. I thought I was too old to get a thrill out of this... but as usual - I was wrong
Very pretty - feels great - lots of gizmos and goodies - corners like it is on rails, and more power than an old pecker like me needs. I am also very impressed with the performance of the manual shift mode
ok - I am done....
For thos who know me - it is parked in the garage(that is a first for me ever with any car)

He ya...
OK - Color is "Diamond Graphite" (silvery gray)
with the "Graphite" (Black) leather interior.
Pics... man it is a damn car, look on Infiniti.com
No I won't be tweaking, or turbo'ing it or anything else. It is plenty fast enough for me. It does 0 - 60 in a hair under 6. I just don't need anymore, I am more impressed with the 60 - 0 in 118 feet, that is stoping power baby.
Most importantly - I look realy good in it hehheheh
Mr. FusionPimp - how the hell are ya.
Life is good - busy but good. House is great, April is doing well. My daughter just got a scholarship to help with her continued education (she didn't apply for it - one of her teachers nominated her, and she got it)
Worry not, I have no plans of piling this thing into any freeway overpasses.

Kevin,
I'm doing well, the kids/wife are doing well. We're getting our affairs in order to move to another state. California has become such a hole.
Awesome to hear about the scholarship, that saves a lot of cash and most likely the reason daddy got a new ride of that stature. Be sure to thank her for your new car! I'm dreading the day that I hear the cost of college for mine. Steve's almost 20 now and my daughter is almost 14.. yipes! Soon!
Tell April I said hello. I wish you guys still lived close(er?), it's been a few years and you guys are sorely missed.

heheheh the HID Xenon headlamps are standard issue in this puppy.
I will try and take some real pictures today
it is just so hard to find the time when I should be working, but I'd rather be driving.... and all those babes are saying "ooooooohhhh can I ride in your car".... ok... maybe I am stretching the truth a little.

I hate my HIDs. I get high-beamed alot since they bother alot of other drivers due to the brightness. Add in a rigid suspension on a bumpy road and sometimes I can tell cars ahead of me think I'm continually switching between highs and lows. I grow weary of the misunderstandings. Anyhoo... great car, Kevin.
