Iâ??ve herd mixed stuff about them, nothing really bad though. Iâ??ve never personally bought from them, but if I ever came across a nice deal I donâ??t have any reasons why I wouldn't use them.
Their prices are high compared to newegg.com, but their service and return policy is excellent
I had fried an athlon 1.33ghz a year after aI bought it and they gave me an athlon 2100 xp as a replacement since it cost the same as the 1.33 did a year prior.
prices are decent of you shop on the specials page, but the support sucks (first hand) the RMA process is lacking to put it nicely and they make the term "Drag their heals" seem like a fast thing when it comes to rebates
My room mate last year had nothing but problems shopping from tiger direct. Bad ram, bad monitors...bad everything he bought pretty much. And yes, the RMA process is TERRIBLE.
Their catalouges are nice to look at. But their prices are high on most things. about the only thing I buy from them is cases and trinkets, nothing real expensive. I use them for more of a reference.
