Essentially, the lady was using a desktop pc, and inserting the CD's in a tiny groove between the top cover and the front cover, instead of the CD drive that is a mere one inch below it.

The CD's were slipping inside the case, and stacking up on top of the CD drive and when they opened the cover, they found it full of CD's in the inside of the box.

Sadly enough, I've seen that several times in real life

Some other strange things that I (or a co-worker)have found inside PC's:

baseball cards
small wooden flagpole tip
assorted bugs (dead and alive)
drives held in place with styrofoam (!), duct tape, or machine screws/washers
bag of pot
some weird chip labelled "Cyrix" :P

Geek Squad has a missouri branch too.

This reminds me of the bug we found in my dad's computer...

So Dad's computer was sporadically rebooting. We couldn't figure out why. Virus scans came up clean, no spyware, adware, malware of any kind; there appeared to be nothing wrong with the system. Well, Dad's system was old anyway, so we decided to replace the motherboard. We opened up the case, and immediately found the bug.

It was a cricket. Chopped up into little pieces, and stuck in the processor fan. Turns out the fan was sticking on the cricket pieces; causing the processor to overheat and thus making the computer reboot when the processor reached critical heat.

How's that for a bug in the system? :P

Note: THIS IS A TRUE STORY! No, I did not make this up. We used to live in a very, VERY buggy neighborhood.

Seems like Geek Squad is national, with 700 bugs in their fleet. I've seen them twice now driving thru Antioch, CA.
