Anyone muck with ATK?

I am getting encouragement to put together a PC solely for the purpose of testing our net with ATK. Anyone have any experience with this? Ideas? Results? Comments?

what sort of network (i presume) you have and what does it need to be protected from?

It is a corporate network for a 30 man company. I am not sure of the configuration but I do know that we are using an exchange server and we have a dedicated firewall. We would like to prevent theft of intellectual property and maliscious damage.
