Yeah, but Frys isn't everywhere. ;) Besides, its still a chance for people that don't know where to get the ISOs to get a fully legitimate copy of either.

Pity they don't have Freespace2. Theres still alot of demand for it.

After posting I got pretty close to purchasing it but $6 for shipping is a lot. I do have freespace anyway on DVD, but it always hard crashes on me(totaly locks up windows), don't know why.

FreeSpace 2 is selling for $80-90 on Ebay and Amazon. Only places I saw it too. Since when did it get so popular?

It's been that way for a while now. I think it's made more money on eBay than when Interplay was actually selling it. :P There are a few alternatives, though; you can download the Home of the Underdogs version and grab the missing high-res files and cutscenes from a certain community FTP server, or you could download the ISO images directly from another site. Regarding the second, you could always argue that, since the FS2 EULA allows copying the game for use at a LAN or to give to a friend, downloading them is "legal"...>:)
