Coming out sometime today. I'm wondering if it will be a Tom Sawyer fence job as many predict or if there will be any real substance to it.

The good money appears to be on a whitewash. Today's report is an "interim" report, but what's been released to WSJ is being reported as a story of mismanagement and one bad egg.

Well maybe Volker is feeling the heat:

Paul Volcker, the head of the independent investigation, confirmed the document search and told The Associated Press that new information had led investigators to delay publishing their findings about Annan's son Kojo, whose activities have embroiled the U.N. chief in the growing scandal.

Well I guess we are getting an indication of how punishment will be meted out. Benon Savan will, even though he is retired from the U.N. will loose his $1.00 a year stipend and his parking pass at the U.N. for his part in orchestrating blood money transferals.
