I just added a file to a folder with other files that I share on a network. I can regularly copy and read from the other files, but as for the newly added file it says access denied. Similarly at work I may add a folder or file to be shared in a network and I get the same error. This happens on all the computers I use. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this? This happens no matter if I turn on or off simple file sharing.
If im not explaining my problem clearly, its because I am in a fit of rage after having to put up with this illogical problem for the umpteenth time. Thanks Micro$uck.

The file is added amongst other files in a shared folder. These other files can be accessed. The newly added one cannot and gives an access denied error because I dont have permission. It is not used by any other apps or processes.
This file I had put is on computer number one that contains the shared folder and then from computer number two I try to access the shared files that are stored in number one.
