Excel question

Post by Vindicator »

I have the following set of data:

Code: Select all

Volts P (mm)
0 0
3 1.5
6 4
9 5
12 6.5
15 8
18 10
21 11.5
24 13.5
27 15
30 16.5
This is what the graph tool is spitting out at me.

I want the volts (0-30) on the bottom and the P (0-18) on the y axis. How can I fix this? TIA.

right-click the chart. Click "source data". Click the "series" tab.

Where it says "x-axis labels", select the data for "volts". Where it says "series", remove the one for volts, and leave the one that has your p data... thusly

Next time just select the two data columns, click the chart wizard, select "XY (Scatter)" and pick a graph type with connected scatter points.
