You guys that run multiple pc's should try that FahMon utility that's on the Folding BB .
Very small, easy to set up and not a bunch of bells and whistles.

Very nice, thanks. Gives point values too :)

One of my 2 dedicated folders finally shat out a WU and my other one is very close to finishing up with another one. That should put me in 2nd place! :D

hahahh thanks to that tool, I now know who "y" is :)

It's 1 of the 2 clients I'm running on this box.. lol.

So add y, stresstest:) and stresstest together for your target :)

needless to say, "y" won't be handing in anymore WUs :)

"CapStar" is the name that all CAP radio qualified personell use. the number is your individual number. that one said person is the only one who can use that number. these numbers are monitored and tracked on CAP Frequencies. mine is 362. some of my close buddies here in GA have numbers very close to mine. for instance, one of my closest friends in CAP who leads a ground team for SAR ops, his number is CapStar386, so if i was talking to him on the radio during a excersize or a live op, it would go as follows:

CapStar386, CapStar362. go ahead 362. 386 proceed due west for approximately 2 clicks and check in at said location. roger that 362, proceed due west for approximately 2 clicks and check in at check point. 386 out. 362 out.

you follow how that works now?

Well heres my status:

My 2700's current unit should be finished sometime tonight. The other three comps are all working on HUGE units. My laptop is working on one that will be finished in an estimated 100 hours, or in at least 4 days, depending on how much time it spends in hibernate/battery mode each day. My router is working on an even longer unit, with its estimated time of completion somewhere around 5 days to complete, and its been working for about a day and a half on it now. And as I said before, my 450 is currently working on a unit that it should finish somewhere around september 10th.

When those units all finish I should get some kind of crazy points added to my score :P

Oh, and as for you two, yes, I checked with some authorities, and yes, it is indeed Ace's fault.

Well I was going to join in full force of my dual 2.8ghz xeons, but under full load my PSU fans make more of an annoying sound than usual. My p4 2.0 router seems to have finished it's first WU today, though.

I like the idea of a new forum for the DBB Folding team. Please do that.

As far as you and "your" machines go, you hack, those are your work machines that can catch me in 3 hours you bastage :P

I bet if we just put our personal @ home machines against one another I'd give you a run for your money :)

Either way, you'd school me, but were all in it for the better good right?

If I can get around to it I'll bring back my old Tyan board to replace the b0rked one in my third dedicated folder (duron 700), and on Sunday I'm slated to get a K7S5A off a buddy who's upgrading. Be afraid.

How about the two top scorers at the end of this month get to mod the forum? :D

Nothing like a little competition to get folks motivated ...

So I guess were going for the forum idea? How about some of the more knowlegeable and enthusiuastic people mod it instead, instead of just a pure score judging?

Turns out folder #3 just had a bad stick of RAM, so its up and running again. woot

BTW, that FahMon tool is awesome. It lets me check the status of all my Folding boxes at a glance, without having to Remote Desktop into each one individually.

Aye. In retrospect I probly shouldve used Vindicator, but the DBB is the only place I use it any more. Of course, I could be retarded different like Ace and use different names for all my pooters.

Yeah, but then I'd lose all the points I've amassed so far and have to start over.
