No, not in my case. Call me self-centered, but I had no desire to have or raise children. It just wasn't in my psyche. I would have made me a poor mother if I'd been forced to have children, which was expected of most married women like my own mother in the 1950's. That's not something I'd personally want to subject a child to, not being wanted or ending up the requisite baby(s), so I do have a heart.snoopy wrote:That's an interesting sentiment.
