Yep. In all honesty, though, I don't look at porn, but that chick stuff really *does* bother me.

heh.
try singing an original work to a woman (that is really about your ex-girlfriend from 5 years ago), it's called "auto-sex".

I disagree on your disagreement. Take, for instance, the first time your with a woman. (not sexually, yet) I'm constantly aroused when she's nearby. Any touch is electric. To give her a back massage is almost as good as sex. Then, 6-8 months later of constant interaction due to a comitted relationship, I'm more used to the environment, and the touch is more comfortable than excessevily stimulating. I can give her a massage, and not every fiber of me is focusing through that act. Most fibers still do, of course, but it's not overwhelming. I can control it, because I'm used to it. A provacitive touch would have the same effect as it would 6 months proir, of course, but in general day-to-day, I steady out. I find this applys to most everything I do, so I imagine it would also apply to porn. If you have constant interaction with it, it gets more comfortable and familiar and routine-ish. Not every time would be mouth-gaping, eyes-wide, holy ★■◆● experiences.
Kinda like whomever posted above about nudist colonies. My first..3 months would be rather stimulating, but after that, it would be run of the mill.

I tied that Meaty, a few times. I guess I'm not as good-looking as you.

heh.. even bustin out a quick melody when you're swooning a woman makes them just forget everything around them and just focus on you and your creativity. it's like an aphrodisiac for them.

Well, I think this thread is about dead, but I have one more thing to add.

Porn doesn't dictate the kind of person you are unless it becomes an addiction or a problem that interferes with other responsibilities. To me, its not like violent video games, its more like alcohol. Some people drink, some people don't. People who know they're easily addicted to drinking don't do it, and people who enjoy a beer or wine in a social setting drink responsibly. There are exceptions, of course, but like I said earlier, just because you like to drink doesn't make you an alcoholic; just because you like porn doesnt mean you're a pervert or a womanizer or one who objectifies women. Its all about balance and moderation, like just about everything else in life ;)

I have to question the statement that phasing into progressively more hardcore porn somehow makes "less hardcore" interaction unarousing. I'm not saying it's wrong, I'm just querying. Maybe this is true for some people, but I can only see that as being fact if you're treating sex as a one-sided thing. When sex stops becoming interaction and starts becoming sticking your dick in someone (or having someone's dick stuck in you, as the case may be) then it's just masturbation with another person really really nearby, and that IS a problem (objectifying people I guess). But who decided porn creates that thinking in actual sex not fantasies? I think that's a person's fault, not whatever they're beating off to.
