Hi,
Just found this board and thread and read throught the whole lot, both threads, over the last 2+ years.
I would like to order one of these boards for my 3d pro, either complete or in kit form.
In addition, if you need someone to put them together, then I would be happy to put 50+ together, as long as p+p was covered to/from the UK.
Regards,
jonl60

I thought I should update one more time about the calibration.
I found out that after unplugging and replugging my joystick into the adapter, it now calibrates fine in windows control panel (although it is unnecessary with the 3dPro).
I believe the calibration swings may have been due to static buildup.?!

Hello, I just started reading this today. I have a 3D pro. I just got a dell studio xps with vista. I wanted to know if your device will allow me to use my 3D pro. Thanks

Great project. Enough money spent checking / hoping stick designers will get it right one more time in history.
Count me in for -=2 units=- to be installed on I/O bracket.
completed or kit

Like most people here, I have stumbled across this site while trying to resurrect my old MS joystick.
So if this is still valid, I'd like to get 2 complete pieces.
BTW, how much $ for one are we talking about ? And I hope you have paypal....

I've tried just about everything to get XP to recognize my Force Feedback with the USB dongle w/o success.
Are these still being made? How do I get one? How much do they cost?

If you tried a PP dongle or a USB-stick converter, yeah, not working.. W/ the 3DP-Vert you would be able to use all functions of the stick except the force feedback part (the OS will "see" a regular stick, not a ff device).

Currently there are none available but there may be a run of "some assembly required" kits in the future, cost should be < $20. If you really want one you can try to
build one yourself.

This thread was started back in '07.
It's not likely to happen and KB has been MIA well over a year now. Work and family are the likely cause.
You'll be better off
DIY if you have the know how.
Sorry

all the recent talk of people coming back to play (and play aother levels that SD and Skybox) I am really keen to come back as well. I secured an old Sidewinder from ebay, and wondered if there is still any possibility of getting a USB converter, or has the window of opportunity run out?
