As a young kid i could chin-up like a pro, coz i used to climb fences as a mode of transport :lol:.

Adult roid is different though. Every now and again i try to gradually build up strength with pushups, but then do a bike riding workout instead and forget about my arms.

My noodly arms are noodly. My lack of upper body strength is an affront to the roid alias :(

I'd like be able to do chinups again though, *sigh*.
Ok I think i'll start my gradually increasing pushup regimen again - heya
