Having said this, he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man's eyes.
Why? Is it because man himself is made of dirt and this guy was born without eyes? So he takes some of the building blocks and makes him some? Or did he just magically create an eyeball? Why the use of dirt here?

No, it was a declaration of just how much of the word I have right in my head, and how much you don't. Thus the reason we can not reason. Now, we can talk about small block chevy's if you want or just how awesome the cvt's in the Nissans are :P

These car make for the most fun aggresive, defensive driving you ever had. I'm not too hard on it, but I own the road too >:). LOL, great fun driving these cars.

I cannot force you to believe. everyone must come to it on their own. it's not my place to try and convince you. just to plant the seed and move on.

I realize I will be seen as a biased party, but I am not flip, and I am not making flip's argument. That said my opinion is that flip's disinclination to pursue an argument outside of the stipulations he has made does not stem from dishonesty or an attempt to cloud an issue not truly in his favor. Two things are a safe bet, in my experience in dealing with non-Christians and most people who call themselves Christians alike--if they think they understand Christianity, their understanding of Biblical Christianity is really very shallow, and based on a perception gained from relatively few sources--even if those sources are sound--and filled in with assumptions and historical and popular culture images. Most people have never read the whole Bible, and even if they have, they have not read it to understand it as a whole, but merely as familiar or familiar-sounding bits of old poetic script. It really is an incredible mind-block to see from the inside out (particularly in the way it plagues even "Christians"). To approach the Bible studiously as a complete work (and indeed the continuity does bear out) is to gain an entirely different picture, and will quite frankly put your understanding at odds with most of the denominations of our (or any) day.
