Oh, I'll give the bastard a chance. What other option is there? He's been elected. But we liberals can't sit by and watch Trump and crew destroy everything just for personal gain and the detriment of the people. We WILL call him out on every crazy decision he makes and we WILL fight him tooth and nail when it's necessary. We LOATHE the man and what he stands for to the very core of our being.
Have you ever heard about the specifics of the relationship in the world elite?
Yeah, I've got a simple idea about that. There are the elites with power and money in the world, then there are the rest of us lowly peons who become slaves to those elites. I'm sure the Russian people
just loved the Kremlin kleptocracy and the Oligarchy that took over in Russia after the fall of the Soviets, especially while Boris Yeltsin was the "leader". Now with Trump as our president, we'll have a cocaine addicted elitist who has too much power and not enough integrity to wield it wisely and fairly.

Absolutely. Once I saw what was happening in the elite (I will not elaborate, but I had a pass to the Kremlin) I like everything more and more to be just an ordinary person.
About Russia. Nicholas II said that for Russia only need a tsar. And this is exactly so far.

Do you think Putin is the equivalent of a modern Tsar?

Yes and no. Soft and democratic, too much freedom allows big business. But he can be cruel as a tiger in bushes.

It's pretty easy to envision a ridiculous scenario worthy of impeachment, but I doubt it would actually happen. Anti-Trump Republicans were anti-Trump because they thought he would lose. They'll be all in now. They have a 2 year window to do whatever their little hearts desire. I can't imagine they'd do anything that would threaten that, like provide basic oversight of Trump that might unearth something.
All this
Republicans suddenly loving Trump after he wins fits right into the fake news and partisanship issues we're having in this country right now, doesn't it? Republicans HAVE to find
a reason to support their party's winner, whether they like him or not. Partisan group think is breeding fake news because we think it either bolsters the position for our side, and/or tears down the position for the other. We are now fighting a new civil war, on the internet.
