I had a little funny driving situation myself today. I'm normally lazy, and like pushing the fuelometer past the E, but this time I almost went too far. On the way to the gas station, I stalled a few times in the middle of the street, and, ultimately, barely made it into the gas station, where she died for good, or at least I couldn't start her in the minute that I tried. Fortunately, I made it just close enough to the pump so that the hose could barely reach inside the tank. The 20 gallon tank only filled 18.1. Even if there's a perfectly good explanation for this, I'm still outraged.
