WA, I'm pretty sure you're just kidding, but typically in divorce cases and without permittion of the courts, this is a VERY big no no.

The astranged parent has visitation rights and if Ice were to move, especially a long distance, then he would be liable for any traveling expense incured to assure such visitations are to be made available.

BTW Icey. glad to hear things landed in your favor. It's very different these days. when my folks divorced back in 77 there was little to no hope of the father gaining custody.
