They fixed all the bugs in D3? When did this happen?

If we had just shown you concept art or logs then you would have said that it didn't mean anything. Instead we show you a screen shot and you say that it means too little. Either way its not our problem.

Bug Kevin Bentley to release it. The Windows version is done, has been done for a long time...

How soon until we start seeing screenshots of the levels?

· Then what's the point of showing us?
You asked. We listened. The screenshots simply demonstrate that we are working on something.
You listened! That's the worst thing you could do!

Don't worry. We're not listening most of the time.

Mr Briggs PM'd me about my problems. I re-registered with the same email, and this time it worked. The blue colors are orange now....which is perfect now and the site looks Kool.
Can't wait to buy this game.

Got a fickle bunch here.
I appreciate the screenshots because they show that there's working code laid down. Sure, the textures are too pink and the walls are way over bump-mapped, but those are details to be fixed later. The screenshots demonstrate that this game is past the stage of wishful thinking on the part of some wannabe developers. No longer am I asking myself, "Are these a bunch of Descent newbies just getting us excited over nothing?" and worrying that the answer could be 'yes.' Now, all I'm worried about is feature-creep pushing the game's release date back to 'when Duke Nukem Forever comes out.'
Concept art really wouldn't have meant anything or told me anything, besides the fact that you've got ideas. Ideas are great, but they don't spontaneously turn into games. (If they did, I'd be a one-man development house the likes of which has never been seen before, but life's a ★■◆●.) In order to satisfy my skepticism, the screenshots were really necessary.
Of course, now that I know there's some capable programmers working on this game, seeing more would be nice. Since it's obviously too early in development to ask for screenshots representative of final models and scenes, some concept artwork could fill the void for a while.
I'm glad to know there's a game behind the hype. Sure, it's not a feast for the eyes (yet), but I'll hold judgement until I get my hands on a playable demo. Six degrees of freedom are still all I ask, even if it's zero-g chimps flinging poo through puke-pink levels.

So you'd be happy if someone pulled a Pac-Man on Brain Salad with monkey models?

please remove registration...typing a security code every time is just too much.

We currently have someone trying to remove the security code box. I was never a big fan of it either.

I'm not holding my breath, but this is the closest thing we've seen to a D4 in recent years, so I'm happy.

I understand. Can't say I blame you. We've all seen people talk the talk. We face a great deal of skepicism because of it.
We look forward to making you proud.
