1.7 Ounces butter
Half Pint milk
1 large garlic clove, peeled and lightly crushed
½ tsp freshly ground white pepper
1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg, about a dozen gratings
1.5 lbs baking potatoes
3/4 Pint double cream
Please be aware, this recipe contains a guaranteed Heart Attack in every serving. Don't be afraid though - limiting your intake of this dish to 5 days a week should be OK.

Hm, if I could cook, I would help you. But I can't cook.
Damn me and my familys inablility to cook anything without setting the kitchen on fire, even IF the stove/oven isnt on.

Mix some vanilla in with your scrambled egss, NOT MUCH about half a cap full, or a couple drops. and some dill weed if you like dill, again, don't overdo.
Also, mix in a small amount of milk (makes them fluffy)
