Dead???? Did I hear someone say this game is dead....in like "its over"???? Well let me paraphrase....
Nothing is over until we decide it is!
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? No it was not!
Was it over when the aliens blew up the whitehouse? No!
Was it over when Ingus was beaten to a pulp? No again.....
And it ain't over now. 'Cause when the goin' gets tough, the tough get goin.
We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will unite in our common interests.
We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight!
We're going to live on! We're going to survive! We are Descenters.
What happened to the Bigheads I used to know. Where's the spirit? Where's the guts, huh?
Are you just going to sit here and whine like a bunch of wheelchaired grandma's?...Boo hoo.....I missed my target so its got to be packet loss, server problems, lag, Oh My.......so I'm not gonna play...sniff....OW, a nub hurt me.....boo hoo....
Well not me! I don't even know what packets are, but if there in my way, I'm gonna shoot em.
I'm gonna fire first and if I don't connect, I'll fire again, and I'll keep on firing until I run out of ammo!
I'm mad and I'm not gonna take this anymore. I'm calling all you bigheads out. Lothar, Kurupt, Zero, and the rest of you...From Hell's heart, I stab at thee. For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee.
I'll be waiting, Waiting for all of you (unless I'm at the mall)
Be....I mean,
Mrs Krom...

I said paraphrase......
"A restatement of speech or writing that retains the basic meaning while changing the words"
Animal house is one.....there are three more slightly intermixed. Since you guys are too chicken to fight, you can think of the others.

Ok. Independence Day came next.
P.S. If Subway Prancer is your reason for arguing that D3 isn't dead, then not only is D3 dead, but it's dead and rotting.
P.P.S. "Dead" doesn't mean it isn't being played, just that it's no longer booming (understatement of the year). I still play the odd game.

Well I caught the reference to, "I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!". I've heard it as a D3 taunt, but I have no idea where it's originally from. Have you ever listened to Mike Gallagher?
And the Wizard of Oz.

isn't "I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore" from the movie "Network"?

Well, the original quote is from Herman Melville's Moby Dick, but was used in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

I don't remember you as Redbone, were you playing under a different name? However, it was fun for me too.
If your the one who beat me up pretty bad,I won't give up no matter what my score is. "I will not go softly into the night"......ever. I play to have fun, even if I lose a lot.
I also found out who Zorro is.....(I can't tell), and Beowulf got it....."The wrath of Khan"
