Tetrad, you should see Lost In Translation. I watched part of it last night and it's funny/bizarre how the Japanese culture is presented, alternatively very beautiful and very surreal (especially a hilarious scene where a hooker purchased for the Murray character as a present goes from demure to dominatrix and pretends he is about to rape her).

Both translations are pretty accurate. The second is a bit more tame that the one you selected.
Offend me? no. I think you will have to find some one twice my age (I am 40) to find someone being offended by that. You know Tom Lehrer (if you know him) have said that he always liked to visit and perform in Denmark because, "you have no standards at all"
. So I guess we are not that easily offended.
Now, if you really wanted to offend a Dane, then you should imply that we where either German or Swedish (no offence meant to any German or Swedish people here on the DBB).
