Анатолий Белощин (Anatoly Beloshchin) - Russian diver and photographer. He recently found in a flooded cave in Mexico unusual natural phenomenon - underwater river. To make these pictures, the diver descends to a depth of about 60 meters. If you look closely, you can see sandy beaches, driftwood and fallen leaves - as in any river.
Sea water is saturated with hydrogen sulfide, much heavier than normal. Due to its gravity, it falls down and forms a stream that is very similar to the river.
P.S. Fans of beautiful pictures can become acquainted with the work of Anatoly on his website http://anatoly.pro/photos

Heck, it's not a wave, and a tsunami! These guys definitely adrenaline maniacs... One of the most insane things I've made in my life, that I once swam in the nighttime in the sea in a violent storm on the Black sea. I wanted to prove to myself that I can do it. As a result, the sea was dragged me very far from shore. I had a hard swim to shore, guided only by the lights of the hotel away. Then I am absolutely exhausted, I lay on the beach, but was happy that I did it. However, now I never swam in the sea in a storm
She's strong to go back into shark infested water again. Good for her. I hope she doesn't lose another body part, or her life, to another shark again.

Creepy. Check out the rest of the scans in the link below. The actual forms were cast by archaeologists by pouring plaster into the voids left by the Pompeii victims long after they'd been entombed in ash and decomposed. Their bones still remained inside the voids and were then encased in the plaster, hence the need for a CAT scan to see what was inside.
Wow! I don't believe it.. He preserved better than many of the mummies

sigma, it's not a mummy. What happened was when Mt. Vesuvius erupted near Pompeii long ago, all those poor victims were trapped and buried in hot volcanic ash. The ash soon cooled and hardened around the bodies and the soft tissue eventually decomposed or burned away. This left a void or empty space shaped like a human mold, that still contained their bones since the bones were all that remained. What archaeologists did was to pour plaster into those voids, which essentially made plaster statues out of all those victims. Then they dug those now hardened plaster casts out of the rock and sent them through a CAT scanner to see what their bones looked like inside the plaster. It is pretty lifelike I'll have to admit.

Of course, this is not a mummy. How else could you be called in one word all those poor victims were trapped and buried in hot volcanic ash?
Nevertheless, it is still amazing.

Not a pleasant way to die for sure. We had a few people die that way when Mt. St. Helens in Washington State blew up in 1980. The bodies have never been found.

Among other things, is simply fascinating, prehistoric sound coming from breaks megatons of ice. Awesome!

Awesome indeed! I love the sounds it made. It's also interesting to see that huge ice mass actually flipping upside down. I wouldn't want to be standing on top of that ice when it does that either.
This is interesting. Now we know why Mars has almost no atmosphere now. It doesn't have a magnetic field and there's a strong solar wind blowing it into space.
Wireless Bungee jumping is here. (sort of)

Duper, is this thing serious? They don't show how they get him on the ground once he's caught by the magnetic field. What do they do, turn the power off and drop him the rest of the way like a sack of potatoes?

well, was over water. They could have just tossed him a rope. You can also modulate the power to the field so that he could be lowered. But good point!

Hmmm, twisty space! Nice one sigma.
Now this deformity is just gross. A chimera perhaps? It looks like part of a separate jaw and teeth grew out of this lion's head. Ick!

Guys, that was a commercial for wireless charging. Not a real thing.
Nice! But unfortunately, that map is the only way most people who live in or near big cities can see the Milky Way anymore, unless they go to a very remote place, far from man-made light pollution.
I am well familiar with it, because in Moscow to see not only the stars, but even the bright lights of planes almost impossible (in the video it is clearly visible why)
Despite the fact that in a country house (35 kilometers from Moscow) can be clearly seen a stars, Venus in the morning, meteors in August and comets flying close, however the most beautiful Milky Way I see in the south, when I am on vacation.

Human slingshot. Better hope you don't pass out during the launch. The landing would be a pain.
Easy new way to parallel park your car for those who've never taken driver's education.

Nice. I think he felt not bad g-force during takeoff )
On bald car tires without tread probably driving will not less comfortable in the rain. Although Formula One tires bald too, but rain tyres still with tread.

That's probably why those tires won't work in the real world. They are too smooth for adequate traction in the rain or snow. But they sure make parallel parking easier, especially for those who have never taken driver's education, which includes most of the younger drivers in the U.S. now.
