/tmp was insecure and being used by spammers, they locked that down and put on a process watcher. They are going to keep looking why our site is slow, it's only us and 4 other sites on the server.
Uh... heh.

Sorry, DBB is running slow as hell when doing anything modifying the database (particularly posting replies).

No problems here, other than the inherent slowness when using my crappy family PC.

sometimes at work it will just freeze up entirely at the load page... normally right after lunch (1pm central). then i goto the steinberg.net forums out of frustration... that is even worse. then after wiping my tears away i come back to descentbb and it works.
you guys are really toying with my delicate emotions.

hehe xciter.
the truth: a lot of the time i have problems reading and posting (much to the elation of the other members) on the dbb.
i don't know the technical mumbo jumbo these clowns are spouting... but it has been an issue for a long while.
*please note* that i understand i don't pay a thin dime for this 'creative outlet'... but i only post to inform you that a user is having issues.
thank you for your effort, bandwidth, and time.

Now it runs fine except for every now and then...but I suspect that might have something to do with the three inches of sleet/snow we got yesterday and all night long last night.

Well, now I'm in Maryland and it took me 5 solid minutes to post a substantial reply.

I'm finding it just bogs down from time to time, then picks back up again. Seems especially evident when I go to Post.
