Fixing the no overcharge in p2p and mouse problem w/ higher fps can probably only be done w/ access to the D3 source.

The mouse problem at higher FPS is not Fusion specific, the only other weapon that is majorly effected by it is the Mass Driver though (You can't zoom in).

Only locally, on the server and other client computers it still fires from both sides.

I've seen that happen in single player too.

Thats a client bug that you can correct by capping your FPS.

I haven't read all of these replies, but most of them.
Keep the bug. 3 reasons:
#1: It adds skill and thought that you need to pay attention to. How can you possibly think about taking something out of Descent? That is crazy! Taking anything out of Descent that might take away from its gameplay is illogical to me.
#2: Anybody can use it. It is not something one sided. You get killed by it, you kill with it.
#3: Apparently, the general consensus is that it doesn't happen often. So big deal, leave it.
#4: Back to reason #1. Removing something from d3? Does anyone know for a fact that that the developers do not know it is there?
Fusion-whores, back me up... Don't let them take away our triple barney.
