Mouse Problem - Please help!

Okay, I use a mouse to play Descent 3. I currently have it on the default setting which is 'Fligh Sim'. So, the axis are reversed. (Up = down, down = up). I can't play like this.

If I change it to 'Mouse Look' the mouse is all jerky and weird. Is there a way to play it with a smooth mouse, but without the inverted axis?

why not invert the inverted axis?

click on the question mark next to the axis assignment button and then \"invert axis\". that should help.
