I need to block users from being able to request my authorization to be added to their contact list. Is this possible in Trillian?

You need to what? Disable the require authorization for someone to add you to their list, meaning anyone can add you to their list? Or enable authorization so only people you permit can add you to their contact list?
Regardless the relevant setting is in the menu on the ICQ connection icon in the contact list, click the button ---> Personal Options ---> Toggle \"Request Authorization\" flag...
Or do you want to prevent a user from asking for authorization completely? In which case, adding the users ICQ# to your ignore list should do the trick.
