never really bought from a 3rd party through amazon....does any of this look suspicious to you?

Go by their rating. Note that shipping will still cost you 6 bucks or so.

I've bought 3rd party from amazon before, never had any problems. I would go by their rating, though. (I regularly buy cd's that way, can get em cheaper than e-bay)

D3 for 91 cents isn't bad, but it doesn't hold a candle to my purchase of Electronics Boutique's last unopened copy of Descent II for 17 cents.
