New website under construction

My robotics team's website is getting a bit dated ( http://www.jchrobotics.com ). Therefore, I'm working on a new site.
Now, I am not claiming to be a great design artist or anything. In fact, my choice of coloring often, to put it bluntly, stinks.
Therefore, I'm asking your opinion:
1. Do you like it, or do you not?
2. What could be improved?
3. What cool features could I add?
