How do I move my Outlook E-Mail files onto a new drive?

Is this possible?
Outlook or Outlook Express?
With Outlook, click the FILE/DATA FILE MGMT and look to see where the PST files are stored.
Default is:
C:\\Documents and Settings\\<username>\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\Outlook
