7900GT vs. 7950GT?

What is the difference between the 7900GT and the 7950GT? I'm seeing that they have the same ammount of pixel pipelines and the same clock speed.
Just less buggy I assume?

The 7950 GT runs 100 MHz faster core clock by default and ships with 512 MB of RAM.
7950 GT: 550 MHz core, 700 MHz RAM, 512 MB
7900 GT: 450 MHz core, 660 MHz RAM, 256 MB
