I doubt it. Not with this version of the phpBB but the next version is looking good.

Its quite aggrivating. Im trying to look something up in Marketing by putting my user name in, the page sits for 4 minutes then turns up a blank. Google site search is of no help.

Yes, it is very aggravating! Every time the DBB get sluggish or hangs all together it’s the phpBB search routines that have it all hosed up. The next major release of phpBB is looking better though. Hopefully they get it right.

Could you touch on why the DBB in particular is having problems? (I've been to other phpBB's that work fine.)

When has the DBB search function ever worked smoothly? Even when this was a UBB forum it was full of issues, we were hoping phpBB would cure it but it seems to be this forums lot in life.
