How did he make it, by hand, or did he use a computer?

Based on the conspicuously-outline-shaped 2x4 sitting right behind it, and the fact that it's sitting on a jigsaw, I think the answers to both those questions are closer than you think.

That's really amazing work; I wish I had that kind of skill. Must have required very steady hands, too.

No Pun intended to Merlin nor Canyon but being a machinist I see nothing under the M and I would think it to look better with it. Possible he was a tad short on wood. It looks Awesome though ,just like Spawns

I was also thinking of posting pics of playing with my wood But you're much better at it than i am! nice work.
