I think if you check usergroups, you might find that the NHB access group is gone. I'm betting all the members ended up being moderators for this forum thanks to this database hiccup.

could be so if someone doesn't have access to NHB now that did before they should just request access again.

That might be a problem since the NHB access group is now gone and all that is left is the \"test group\".
