Please explain why this has anything to do with the GNAA. I don't see the connection. In order to provide relevant commentary, I need a better understanding of the point you're attempting to make or the information you're sharing. If you mentioned the GNAA just to get people to go to the link or to comment, then you've already broken the rules you quoted.

As for the micro-turbines. They seem pretty cool and potentially useful if they prove to perform as desired.
