Need Worn Metal Texture tutorials

Hey, I need some Photoshop tutorials for creating worn metal textures.. I'm looking for burnt, scorched, rusted, scratched, worn, chipped metal. Particularly something that would allow me to create some sort of worn metal patterns like the ones used on Eagle's GX model.

At least now that I have broadband I can go through all these tutorials I could never get through a year ago. I would have to spend hours just to find a single tutorial worth reading due to impractical load times.
