Want an O/C system.

Here's my BOM:
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 3.3
G.Skill 1 GB DDR2 800 @ 4-4-4-12 Timings.
E4300 OEM
AC Freezer 7 Pro
The question is, should I stick with the 4300 for its B2 stepping or go for the newer 4400 despite the L2 stepping having a reputation of not OCing as well? Id like to achieve a decent overclock.
