as far as that article.. its sickeningly funny! its sick to think u could fire at a cow or a chicken (COW N CHICKEN!!!) but then... they'd likely be slaughtered allt he same.

hmm. maybe its just me who find firing at an unmanned building or an old wrecked of a car MUCH more entertainingin!

hehehe

The minister, Abdi Jimale Osman, can't understand this. "I'm sure tourists would leave Somalia alive and I'm hopeful they wouldn't be kidnapped," he is reported as saying. "At least, we would try to make sure they were not kidnapped, though it can happen."
And he wonders why there's no tourists...

I am guessing that after an RPG round or two you can't eat the cow anymore. That is just a waste. What good is a cow you can't eat?

Personally, I'd go for a P90 or an MP5. :)

You have obviously never seen Peter Jackson's original movie: There's a scene in one where a guy fires a rocket propelled grenade right through a house (The front and back doors are open) and it travels over the fence and takes out a sheep. Great scene. Talk about blood!

Peter Jackson's very first movie is called BAD TASTE - released in 1987. Filming almost took 4 years - about the time it take to make the LOTR series. However, whereas PJ had 400 million New Zealand dollars to play with for LOTR. He had about 400 dollars to shoot Bad Taste.

It truly is a schlock horror of monumental proportions - and bloody funny too. It is hard core Kiwi amateur moviemaking at its best.

You aren't a Peter Jackson fan until you've seen it.

Jackson's fascination with blood and gore is very evident in Bad Taste as evidenced by the lead character Derek (Played by PJ himself - but you won't recognise him, he's a skinny runt!) having part of his head blown away. This only affects him when the flap of brain flops open though.

Thoroughly recommended.

Sorry about the really heavy New Zealand accents. It will sound very strange to American watchers. :P

My favorite Peter Jackson movie is still Braindead aka Dead Alive (in the US). You don't know nothing about horror comedies if you haven't seen it.. Bad Taste is just his baby steps as a film maker :P

"Party is over"
