Ok i just got my voodoo card in and it works REALLY REALLY good (111 fps) but i have wireless internet so i get like 14 loss then it gos down to 1 loss. And now i cant connect to a server any more so i don't know how to connect to play any more......can any one give me ideas except for getting regular dsl

The only way would be to get closer to the wireless router. Or to buy a hi gain antenna, if your wireless card can use one, it should give you better reception, but even then, it won't be perfect. Best bet is to get DEL, even then you could run teh cable out a window maybe and into the room with your comp in it. Or to run the cable along the corner of th walls, out into the hallway, etc.

Fishing a wire is just the simplest and least expensive option to correct your problem. Quality wireless booster antennas are definitely going to be more expensive then a cat5e LAN cable that would reach as far as the router.

The only other cheap options you have are: 1: move the computer closer to the wireless router, or 2: move the wireless router closer to the computer.
