Anti-Rootkit ?

I was reading info about free Anti-Rootkit programs.

Any suggestions/comments as to whether I should download any of the programs or even worry about it?

The article said none of the free ones found everything on their test computers.

We use Sophos where I work. Luckily I have not had the pleasure of dealing with a rootkit so I cannot vouch for the programs coolness factor.
