A little help with the folding thing

okay i have it started up. team number etc. but how do you do that tutorial when you have to -local -config ? i am confused about that.
Might need a little more information then that...
Multi-core system? linux/winders?
Why don't you post your system specs and we'll help make sure it's all set up right.
