A+ Cert. Question

I've never actually become A+ certified, yet the boss man is flipping the bill so I can go on to become Dell, HP and IBM certified for repair/warranty work.

From reading this page it is my understanding in order to become certified I will need to take the 601 and 602 tests correct?

Are the 603 and 604 optional?

You do 601, then you choose between 602, 603 or 604, depending on what you want to specialize in.
