Win98 and that's all I know. His computer is only going into Safe Mode.

Anything I can e-mail him to check?

Did they have \"previous config\" on Safe Mode?

In msconfig, is safeboot checked?

x2 check to see if SafeBoot is checked. if soo uncheck it and reboot
